		<description>Mel--sorry it took me so long to get back to you! Your comment must have gotten lost among my emails. The flax/water ratio I used was 1 tablespoon flax for every 1.5 tablespoons of water. My method is not very scientific--to replace one egg, I usually start out with a tablespoon of flax and add water until it resembles egg consistency (i.e. a little &quot;goopy/runny&quot;). Hope that helps!</description>

I had a three day weekend from work so I am feeling the &#039;back to work blues&#039; myself right now....&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Mmmm, those sloppy joes look tasty!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Your meal from a place on campus looks great, I wish we had had stuff like that to eat at the tiny college I went to.</description>
