Calling All Fans of the Hut!

Hello all! In a moment of hopeless procrastination last night, I decided to make a fan page for The Broccoli Hut on Facebook. In addition to my blog posts, I plan to post some of my favorite pictures and links in the future, so if you want a little more Broc action in your life, please become a fan!

I have my social psychology class soon, so let’s get onto the grub!

This morning featured some berry-tastic waffles. I nuked some frozen mixed berries for about 30 seconds before stirring them into a tub of Fage with vanilla and stevia—the end result was a creamy dreamy waffle topper.

For lunch, I cobbled together a soup of leftovers, featuring white beans and tomato sauce, along with wilted celery and the last of the frozen broccoli bag. Appetizing, no? Actually, it was pretty dang tasty, considering the ingredients. My love affair with Sabra’s pine nut hummus continues…

It’s finally Friday—I wish you all the happiest of weekends:)
