Dream Kitchens
This afternoon, I found myself in a rare situation—I had absolutely no pressing assignments. Rather than get a head start on studying for that looming chemistry final, I decided to indulge myself in a little Food Network action. As it turns out, two of my favorite FN goddesses were on—Giada and Ina. After a full hour of pure foodie enjoyment, I found myself not only hungry for the recipes they had presented but also desirous of their amazing kitchens:
I love how light and spacious their cooking spaces are—plus, they both look meticulously organized:) Both characteristics would make cooking even more of a pleasure than it already is in my rather cavernous kitchen:
What would your dream kitchen be like?
Onto the meals that came out of the kitchen today…
After reviewing all my overnight oats for the NuNaturals giveaway, I decided to make a batch of it for breakfast this morning. Delicious as ever, although fresh berries might have made it just a little bit more enjoyable.
For lunch, I packed another B-Hut original recipe, Asparagus Tofu Salad.
Seth’s parents treated us to dinner again tonight; we made yet another trip to Zest.
Afterward, we headed to Yogen Fruz for dessert. I ordered the Key Lime Pie, which consisted of lime-infused vanilla yogurt with graham cracker crumbs. Heavenly.
With that, I bid you good night!

everything looks so delish!
my dream kitchen = lots of natural light, a gas stove, and a vintagey theme.
are the kitchens you see on the food network really kitchen or just sets?
I can’t stand Ina Garten. No idea why, but she is so annoying.
my dream kitchen would be big, neat and a lot of gadgets!
All your dishes look so tasty. Thanks for sharing your day with us!
LOVE Giada’s kitchen! It is so cute. I know its at a place Food Network rents- but its just so gorgeous. You can even see the ocean in the background. A very modern kitchen is my dream, but I do really love the kitchen I have in our house. Ow- your overnight oats look yummy. I haven’t made a batch in a while. And Key Lime Pie yogurt??/ Josh would be in heaven!
I love my kitchen but I wish it had more storage space! FN always has the dopest kitchen sets.
Like Janetha, I also love my kitchen but wish I had a little more storage space! We’re actually VERY lucky for New York, though, because most kitchens here are the size of a closet!
My dream kitchen, though, would be very light- lots of windows, white wood- with an island kitchen.
Yeah, living in NYC, I don’t even torture myself by dreaming of a dream kitchen. I just thank my lucky stars I have a full-size fridge and a fairly decent amount of counter space!
My dream kitchen is beautiful. It involves a huge island and lots of natural light…ahhh…
