He’s here! He’s here!
After much anticipation (including a countdown, of course), Seth has arrived. I currently type to your from my family’s lake house, where we’ll be spending a few days of his visit—much tubing and boat time awaits us:)
In the interest of spending as much time with him as possible, this post will be of the concise variety—a rarity on this blog, I know. Enjoy!
When I was organizing the freezer to make room for all those Vitatops I received, I discovered a loaf of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread. Obviously, it didn’t take long for me to incorporate some Ezekiel action into my meal rotation.
After picking up Seth from the airport, we headed to Whole Foods to experience the culinary wonder that is the hot bar. Seth had never eaten at the WF hot bar, so I was delighted to show him the cornucopia of deliciousness.
We hopped in the car with my parents down to the lake and prepared a perfect summer meal, featuring plenty of fresh veggies. Seth and I were in charge of the eggplant.
With that I wish you good night and a happy weekend!
