No More Whining
Twelve hours from now, I will be taking my organic chemistry final. Not only will this occasion mark the end of my chemistry coursework forever, but it also marks the end of my whining about the class. So it’s an occasion for everyone in my life to celebrate—friends, family, and you, my beloved blog confidants. Yee-haw!
I still have some last-minute reviewing to do, so let’s move on to the grub!
Saturday
Yesterday’s breakfast was darn close to a perfect oat bran combination, as it featured all my faves: blackberries, wheat germ, and almond butter. Yum!
I took a quick study break for lunch and made another Asian-inspired tuna salad.
The evening meal was pretty much a snooze-fest—just a simple grilled hummus and cheese sandwich to keep me going.
Sunday
After a long Mother’s Day conversation with Mumsy, I settled in to make a peanutty parfait.
For lunch, I turned to the freezer for inspiration. Translation: veggie burger time.
Tonight I went for the BFD option—that is, breakfast for dinner.
Next time I write, I’ll be in a sunny mood, I guarantee it
Wish me luck…

You’ll do GREAT on your organic chem final, I just know it!
Good luck on the final!
Best of luck pretty lady! You can totally rock this! Hummus and grilled cheese is Josh’s favorite sandwich as of late. He likes artichokes added on top as well. Glad you were able to catch up with your mama. Let us know how the test goes
Good luck with Chem! You’ll be great.
(I always forget how good the grilled hummus/cheese combo is!)
