Old Favorites

Good evening, blogland! I have arrived safely in North Carolina, and I have enjoyed spending the day with Seth. After hanging out for the afternoon, we hit up one of our standby restaurants for dinner—Sushi Love. Just as we have in the past, we were presented with delicious and beautiful sushi rolls. Sushi Love is an old favorite in Durham, for sure.

Which restaurants are “old favorites” in your town?

Rewind to this morning:

Before heading out on my morning flight, I pulled out a batch of overnight oats that I had prepared last night before bed. I added some tropical flair to this rendition with kiwi, coconut extract, and coconut butter.

As discussed in yesterday’s post, I packed my lunch for today. Just the usual in the brown sack today: Sunbutter + jam, fruit, and veg. (I always use Sunbutter instead of peanut butter when I’m traveling in case someone on the plane has peanut allergies).

Dinner of course was enjoyed at Sushi Love. I think the reason I love veggie sushi so much is directly related to my fondness for avocado:)

Alright, movie time! Good night.
