Check out my progress on Picture Perfect
Every year around this time, Mumsy gathers all of us kids for the annual Christmas card picture…and every year there is always some sort of obstacle to capturing the perfect shot. This year was no different, as we encountered all the usual problems.

We did manage to take two attractive pictures.
I voted for this one…
…but this one was declared the winner “because the seating arrangement makes more sense.”
After all that picture-taking, some wrestling was in order.
Do you consider yourself photogenic?
Prior to slapping on my biggest grin, I did manage to eat a few things.
This morning’s run presented a new personal record—not for distance nor pace but for temperature. Previously, I have refused to run if the “feels like” temperature is 20 degrees or below. Today, however, the thermometer read 18 degrees, and that’s not including the wind chill factor. Needless to say, by the time I returned home I needed a hot breakfast to defrost my body.
The thawing process continued into lunch with a classic soup and grilled cheese meal. I used Imagine’s “Light In Sodium” Garden Tomato Soup, and it might just be my new favorite winter food.
The fam was having hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner, but I didn’t feel much like having a soy dog or veggie burger, so I opted to go a completely different route with a Goddess-smothered bean salad.
Alright, I am off to order those Christmas card pictures for Mumsy. Good night!

I either just am not picky about how I look in pictures, or am one of those lucky obnoxious photogenic people. Sometimes I even think I look better in photos than in “life”??? Ah, if only life were a cheery photograph. Love the stockings in the background!

I am so unphotogenic it’s not even funny. I always look like I’m talking…or that I swallowed a squirrel. Ughhh. Maybe that’s why family photos = not my fave?!

You totally are photogenic. I am horribly not. It takes about 20 pics to find a good one of my =) Thank foodness for digital!
