    First, I want to say that I just discovered your blog and completely love it. I’m always looking for new ways to eat healthier.

    Second, in this quest to healthy eating, I’m trying to stop eating Kraft peanut butter because I understand that it is full of sugar and very far away from real peanut butter. I’ve tried to stop eating it so many times but I seem to be accustomed to it’s sweet taste and just can’t seem to eat the real stuff instead.

    So, I need your suggestions. Is there a way I could ease into eating the real deal and eventually cut the processed stuff out?
