Pumpkin Yogurt

It’s no secret that I love me some pumpkin—I incorporate it into everything from oatmeal to hummus to chili. One of my recent pumpkin discoveries is pumpkin yogurt. What follows is hardly a recipe, but it is a combination of flavors that is sure to please.

Pumpkin Yogurt

  • 1 5.3 oz container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 packet stevia

Stir until well combined.

This creamy, dreamy cloud of pumpkin goodness can be enjoyed straight-up, or incorporated into some of my favorite recipes:

Parfaits

Waffles

Overnight Oats

Enjoy!

  1. pumpkin season is so so soon!!!

    happy sunday :)

  2. I LOVE pumpkin and I LOVE mixing pumpkin with yogurt. Most of my past mix experiences have been pumpkin and flavoured yogurt though. I’ll have to try your spice combo and some plain yogurt, it sounds SO good and perfect for the coming fall season that I cannot WAIT for!

  3. mmmm…can’t wait for pumpkin-y foods to start popping up. I love this method of making your own pumpkin yogurt and will be doing so very soon :)

  4. Sounds yummy but you do mean ground cloves, not ground gloves right? ;-p
I make pumpkin fro-yo for my dog using nonfat plain chobani and organic canned pumpkin–maybe I’ll try this for myself!
