Update: Run for a Change 5K

I got the results from the weekend’s 5K. As I mentioned, my time was slower for this race (25:47) than it was for my first (25:04), likely due to the abundance of hills on this course! I  managed to come in 3rd in my age group; I was 2nd in my age group for the Perseverance 5K.

  1. Your time is great!!!! Don’t worry if you were a little slower, honestly there are so many factors that go into it. Maybe this race was hillier than the last???
