I made it through college with my original ID card – I still have it – almost 9 years later…wow I feel old.

ugh, same thing as university of wisconsin. you cannot do anything without that card, and everyone is totally a huge a-hole about it. so i understand. i had to replace it once for like $15 and i was PISSED.

i love your fruit n’ nut stash as well as that BBQ seitan sammie. can you believe i have never tried seitan? would you recommend?

You almost kept the same card all throughout college? You deserve an award! I think I lost mine like 3 times and have paid at least 60 dollars to replace them.

I keep things like that too! And if I don’t, my dad does… there must be hundreds of old ID cards, subway passes, certificates, etc. from the last 20 years.

That BBQ sandwich looks like a similar seitan sandwich I had a few weeks ago at a restaurant here!

I have sentimental value with my campus card too! I can’t imagine having to give it up for a new one this year, right before graduation. Bummer! But your picture on the new card came out really nice!!

hahaha! i came right over after reading Allie’s post!! soo funny that you guys both blogged about fading cards!!! Your picture is beaaaaaaautiful!!! I’m looking forward to using my school’s gym when i return home…but im kinda nervous because it is HUGE, and I dont want to look foolish!
