A few months back, Danielle announced that she would be organizing a Blogger Secret Santa for this year. Because I so enjoyed last year’s Secret Santa swap, I decided to participate again this year. Much to my delight, my Secret Santa gift arrived a few days ago, from one of my long-time favorite bloggers…
GC picked out some Broccoli Hut-friendly goodies—I’ve already munched on much of the trail mix and busted out the Christmas socks. THANK YOU!
I was a busy girl today, running a few last minute errands with Mumsy; I also didn’t get much sleep last night, so I a little pooped at the moment. Here’s what’s kept me going:
Monday
Despite the frosting-fest last night, I saved some room for a smoothie of course.
Tuesday
After a glorious run this morning in the cool winter air, I used up the last of my oat bran for breakfast. No oat bran is cause for a mild state of panic for Caroline.
I didn’t have much time for lunch, so I just made another simple bean salad with Goddess dressing.
If you watched my pantry video a few months ago, you’ll know that my pantry is overflowing with whole grains. I decided to whittle down that supply this evening by using some whole wheat orzo as part of a Greek pasta salad.
