Short but Sweet

As always, my most recent visit with Seth has been short but sweet, and this post will follow suit. In contrast to the typically verbose posts you’ll find here at the Broccoli Hut, my goal for this post is brevity, as I hope to savor my last night here in North Carolina.

Saturday

Brunch meal before apartment hunting:

Many apartments and several handfuls of frozen grapes later, I was starving for some of Elmo’s comfort food.

Sunday

I haven’t had oatmeal in ages (Wednesday’s overnight oats don’t count), so my breakfast menu was a no-brainer.

Before heading out for one last apartment tour, I made a snacky plate of all my favorites.

We had a repeat of graduation weekend in that we dined at B-Nut Squash and the Yogurt Pump. I just can’t get enough fro-yo these days…

   Mint chocolate is my favorite ice cream flavor. I’ve never seen it froyo-ized.
