Sit, Sleep, Eat

Hello, blogland! I am sure many of you are partying it up at the Healthy Living Summit. I, however, type to you this evening from the floor of my new apartment. My new place is as of yet a little bare:

Well, at least I can sit, sleep, and eat, right?

Onto the road trip eats:

A parfait before bidding farewell.

For lunch, Mumsy and I split a veggie sub. I also picked up some nuts for protein, plus a piece of fruit.

Once I had emptied the first carload (a second is to come tomorrow, thanks to Papa Broc), Mumsy, Seth, and I all headed to dinner at McAlister’s. Veggie chili makes me smile:)

I am pooped…and I have to rest up for a massive Target run tomorrow. G’night loves!
