Spring Break, Day 3: Epcot & Hollywood Studios

**The following post was intended to be published on the evening of March 7, 2010. However, due to internet difficulties it was impossible until this afternoon. I apologize for the delay!**

Good evening, everyone! The first weekend of my spring break is coming to a close, but it seems like I’ve already been on vacation for a week—our days have been action-packed. Those note cards have been proved to be quite convenient for accomplishing our “must see and do” lists. Take a look at day three of the Disney magic:

Just as we did yesterday, we used our coffee maker method to make a batch of banana oatmeal. The texture achieved by this method is almost identical to that of the stovetop. Glorious!

We headed back to Epcot this morning so that we could try out the Soarin’ ride. It was a long wait, but we managed to entertain ourselves with my camera…

Lunch was at the same cafeteria in which we dined yesterday. This time I opted for the vegetarian vegetable soup and a simple side salad. I supplemented with a handful of almonds and grapes that we brought with us.

Then it was off to Hollywood Studios:

Much to my delight, we discovered an eatery that serves veggie burgers. It was a damn good one, too—and I know veggie burgers, people.

We ended our day with the Fantasmic show:

Tomorrow, we’ll be heading to Universal Studios for some roller coaster action. Yeehaw! Ciao for now.
