The Number 10
Tonight’s post, a la Sesame Street, is brought to you by the number 10.
10 cans. The number of cans that I wanted to buy upon spying beloved Libby’s at the grocery store. In the interest of sharing the pumpkin love, I restricted myself to just four cans….there’s always next week.
10 minutes. The amount of time it took me to figure out how to open this box. Fortunately, I did eventually put my college degree to use and figured it out. Although I really, really hope I get trick-or-treaters this year, I really, really don’t want to share these cute little bars.
10 months. The most recent anniversary Seth and I celebrated on Friday. It seems like just yesterday we had our first date…
In the spirit of Sesame Street nostalgia, who was your favorite Sesame Street character? I was always a fan of Grover. I’ve always been a sucker for the silly ones.
Saturday
After a refreshing run yesterday morning, I prepared some Banana-Coconut Breakfast Pudding, this time with Nuttzo in the mix. Mmm, flaxy.
Due to my late breakfast, lunch and dinner were combined into one large, glorious meal at Elmo’s Diner. Seth got hungry and dug into the jam packets before our meals arrived. Remind you of his predilection for straight-up BBQ in Disney World?
Sunday
I’ve been feeling deprived of oat bran this week—I’d only had it twice! I prepared another batch this morning.
Hummus + salsa + avocado = the perfect trio of flavor.
For dinner, Seth and I hit up the Teet. I opted for some brown rice sushi that I supplemented with a salad at home.
I am off to prepare for another week. Good night!

Is that the Nuttzo that you bought from me? How do you like it?
I too wanted to clear all the pumpkin off the shelves but I’m sure there will be sales leading up to Thanksgiving! Stock up later in the season.
Hahaha jam packets
I don’t have a normal kid life. I never watched Sesame Street! I always thought it was kind of dumb, though I did like the Cookie MOnster just because it likes cookies.
congrats on the 10 months anniversary with Seth.. I thought it was more.. since you both look so close
I’ve been buying 5 cans of pumpkin a week at the grocery store lately. I’m so afraid that they’re going to run out, so I’ve been hording them.
Happy 10 month anniversary to you and Seth!
