Posted on December 27th, 2009 by BroccoliHut
Good afternoon, all! It has been far too long since my last video post, so today I present you with my thoughts on a couple of cookbooks I’ve received over the past few months. Enjoy!
Tal Ronnen’s The Conscious Cook
Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Cookbook
What are some of your favorite cookbooks?

I just found a cookbook called “The Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook.” If you like southern food, you should check it out!
Great video! Any cookbook that devotes an entire section to breakfast deserves a spot on my shelf
Bummer that it’s so heavy on the meat though…bison? Really? haha
i love terry walters clean food. she breaks her recipes down by seasons, which i love because eating produce thats in season will obviously be cheaper and more flavorful.
i enjoyed the vid. i agree a full page of non-staple ingreds isnt so great for a cookbook.
is that recipes gardein as in the already prepared gardein product? if so i think thats a pretty lame cop out for a “recipe”…right? isnt that like cheating?
Fun seeing you live again
I wish Duke had a [food] photography class…too bad we’re too serious…wah!
Great review! I love Tosca’s books and although all aren’t vegan, I don’t think it was made to be a vegetarian cookbook. That’s understandable so I wouldn’t doc the book any points for it and would make the most of the recipes that are veggie/can be easily converted.
