		<description>Great review! I love Tosca&#039;s books and although all aren&#039;t vegan, I don&#039;t think it was made to be a vegetarian cookbook. That&#039;s understandable so I wouldn&#039;t doc the book any points for it and would make the most of the recipes that are veggie/can be easily converted.</description>

		<description>i love terry walters clean food.  she breaks her recipes down by seasons, which i love because eating produce thats in season will obviously be cheaper and more flavorful.  

i enjoyed the vid.  i agree a full page of non-staple ingreds isnt so great for a cookbook.  
is that recipes gardein as in the already prepared gardein product?  if so i think thats a pretty lame cop out for a &quot;recipe&quot;...right?  isnt that like cheating?</description>
