Hello and welcome! I have created this blog for people who love food, especially healthful, vegetarian food.
I have just graduated from Duke University with degrees in English and psychology. I plan to pursue a master's degree in nutrition starting in Fall 2010. Ideally, I would like to combine my love of food and the written word someday as a health writer.

i love the new layout caroline! and i also LOVE when you do vid posts. the backdrop is cute. ive never tried raw almond butter, i think i better give it a whirl, thanks for your thoughts on it. yum
xoxo
Man, I wish I had a Trader Joe’s near me!!
love the post! you’re top is cute and i love the background wall hanging. i LOVEEEEEEE raw almond butter! but i like the no-stir kind of AB because the oil always spreads everywhere and gets sticky. i must try your pumpkin Bulgar recipe – i’ve been eyeing it
You are so great on camera! I love all of the foods you mentioned, but hold a special place in my heart for the pumpkin and honeycrisp apples
I’m thinking of going to an orchard next weekend and can’t wait to try one straight from the tree!
I haven’t tried those muffins yet. I’ll have to check them out next time I’m there!
Your video was great! That takes courage and you totally rocked it. I have yet to try Raw Almond Butter but will do so now that I have seen your rave review. I too love Pumpkin and need to be more adventurous with how I use it. My mom is always getting on my case about how I use the canned variety instead of cooking a whole pumpkin. It’s so much work though!
[...] Remember how much I raved about the TJ’s bran muffins a few weeks ago? I found another one in my freezer on Saturday morning, so I knew I had to make another muffin parfait. FAB. [...]
